Terms of Service.

The agreement

These terms govern use of HelmOps by your organization. By creating an account or running the Billable Leak Audit, you accept them on your organization's behalf.

The service

HelmOps provides an operations platform that connects to systems you authorize. The Billable Leak Audit is read-only. Beyond the audit, updates to your systems occur only through approvals granted by your team.

Acceptable use

Use HelmOps only with systems and data you are authorized to connect. Do not attempt to access other tenants, probe the service for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure, or resell access without an agreement.

Your data

Your data remains yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and return or delete it on termination per that policy.

Liability

The service is provided as described, with commitments and limitations to be detailed in the executed agreement for your plan. [REVIEW WITH COUNSEL]

Termination

You may terminate at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend accounts that breach acceptable use after notice where practicable.
