What we collect

Account information you provide (name, company, work email), operational data your connected systems share with HelmOps under the scopes you grant (tickets, time entries, monitoring alerts), and standard service telemetry (logs, usage events).

How we use it

To operate the service you signed up for: running audits, drafting updates for approval, and producing the reports you request. What Bosun learns from your MSP stays in your MSP; we do not use one customer's data to benefit another, and we do not sell personal data.

Data retention

Operational data is retained for the life of your subscription and deleted on verified request after termination, subject to legal retention obligations.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of infrastructure and model providers under data processing agreements. A current list is available on request at sales@helmops.ai.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting sales@helmops.ai.
